The Tauriko Business Estate is being developed in 3 overall stages to meet market demand and to enable the physical development of the land.

Stage II of approximately 21 hectares is currently being prepared for sale and these sections are now offered for sale with settlement on title. An area of approximately 15 hectares is being retained by the developer for design build purposes.
