Brother NZ construction set for completion in October 2014

The $10 million dollar Brother New Zealand head office and warehouse project is on track for completion by October with 40 families moving to Tauranga from Wellington.

We’re delighted Brother New Zealand is joining us at Tauriko. Being able to position yourself alongside other innovative and progressive businesses has its obvious spin-off effects and those taking up this opportunity are realising their full potential. This is one of the reasons Brother International chose to relocate their head office and warehouse to our Estate.

Brother New Zealand Chairman Graham Walshe says they choose Tauriko for a number of reasons, not least that with the move to Tauriko the company estimates to save $5 million in the next five years and the fact we could offer build costs around 30 per cent cheaper than elsewhere.

Graham says “We will be ideally based in Tauranga to create a warehousing facility where we will be able to drive our stock and sales to meet customer needs.”

We celebrated the roof shout recently and we were humbled by the accolades from the Brother International senior management team for our role in the project delivery.
